Job Description

SNF CNA with minimum 2 years of experience. BLS and current NYS license required. Local travelers within 50 miles are accepted with a decreased bill rate. The facility will not consider previous staff members as travelers. Facility has the right to cancel up to 5 shifts at no cost during the duration of the 13-week assignment. Admin fee is already deducted from rate
